Remember you don’t have to have your USB Flash drive to gain access to your personal health information. You can access your PHM by going to www.medflash.com and log in with your nine digit identification number which is located in your personal health manager's "My MedFlash" tab.

Simply dial 866-305-7447 and give the agent your nine digit emergency access identification number and they will be able to communicate or fax you or your designee your health profile.
3. Device - any computer
You can always access your personal health information by plugging your USB Flash Drive into any computer and opening your emergency medical profile – "MYMEDDATA.TXT".
